We are one of the few distributors of Hi-Pressure Pressure pots used to apply Zolatone.

You can apply Zolatone with an HVLP spray gun. You need to change the settings on your HLVP to compensate for the unusual charateristics of a multicolor paint. Typical inlet pressure is lowered to 10-20psi. To compensate for the lower air pressure, fluid pressure is increased to 10-20psi. Some even push it higher so it is good to get a hi-pressure pressure pot if you are using a 1 quart cup. Generally 2 liter and larger can handle the higher fluid pressure, but we do have hi-pressure 2 liter pots availalble if you want to spend a little more money and not have to worry that your pot will release its pressure prematurely. .
