In gravity feed guns the correct setup for stain is very difficult to find in a lower priced gun. You generally have to look at our top of the line gun sets. $180 with the EXOSXK1 gun only would be the least expensive setup with a true 1.0 tip set.
Our suggestions are: Pure stains .8 pressure / 1.0-1.2 gravity feed
Suspended Stain .8-1.0 Pressure Feed / 1.2-1.4 gravity feed
Consumer based thick stains then you can use the thin stain recommendations 1.0-1.3 pressure feed / 1.3-1.5 gravity feed.
