Why Spray Wood

It's Professional, It's Fast, It's Fun, It's the way to go! Professional Woodworking Spray Guns!

whyaspraygun

Spray guns produce fast, efficient flawless finishes on almost all painted and coated surfaces today. Brushes and spray cans are easy to get started, but there's a reason no one paints with them when finish quality counts. They simply cannot produce a smooth finish.

Times have changed, people like the smooth finished look of professionally coated products. Many purists will argue that it doesn't look like wood anymore. However, with great technique you can actually lay down an almost imperceptible coat with fine professional spray guns adding durability to your fine wood working craft. Also by using spray equipment your can expand your finishing techniques and get great spider, vailing, and multicolor effects. And you can increase your speed while actually improving quality. Also we have many woodworkers using spray equipment to get fantastic specialty looks like a great antique white. And we have staining guns for great even toning and shading with NGR stains etc.

That being said, if you want the thick shinny coated factory look. Our professional top of the line guns are the actual factory tools used by great wood coating companies like ML Campbell and Target Coatings, California Paint, Awlgrip and more in their training centers.

Besides, cans start to add up and brushes leave marks and uneven coats and the added work required to produce professional results is completely unnecessary, when you use a professional spray gun!

NO MORE BAD ADVICE!

Getting bad advice from a salesmen with limited spraygun lines is confusing. You would be amazed at what salesmen tell customers. Lies, like Turbine HVLP is the best finishers on the wood market? or You can't spray latex paint with a spray gun. or You need a big compressor to run a professional HVLP... lies lies lies. We've heard it all.

All the guns we sell at woodsprayguns.com are professional and of high quality. You cannot go wrong with any gun selection you make on our site. We have taken out the guess work for you, and removed all bad spray gun decisions usually found at your local hardware store or big box do it yourself chain.

Here is where our expertise comes into play. The correct tip selections are the most important choice. Its like running a marathon with the right shoe size. Very important.

Take a look below at the correct sizes. Notice, any salesperson who sells you a 1.3 or 1.4 gravity feed gun is not a wood spray gun salesperson.

Below are just a few suggestions for Gravity Feed HVLP Spray Guns (very important! for Pressure feed size subtract approx .4mm). For more detailed selections please look at your industry specific section:
